Terms of service

1. Formation of the Contract

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to enter into a contract with us. We may accept this offer by sending you an order confirmation by email or by delivering the ordered goods. You will first receive an order receipt confirmation via email to the address you provided (order confirmation). However, a purchase contract is only concluded upon the dispatch of our order confirmation by email or upon delivery of the ordered goods.

When ordering through our online shop, the order process consists of four steps. First, you select the desired goods. In the second step, you enter your customer information including billing address and, if different, delivery address. In the third step, you select the payment method. In the final step, you have the opportunity to review and correct all information (e.g. name, address, payment method, ordered items) before submitting your order by clicking “Submit Order.”

2. Storage of the Contract Text

We save the full contract text of your order. You can print it before submitting the order by clicking “Print” in the final step. We will also send you an order confirmation and a contract confirmation with all order details and our general terms and conditions to the email address you provided.

3. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims has been received.

4. Prices, Shipping Costs, Return Costs in Case of Withdrawal

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. There is no minimum order value. Shipping costs are a flat rate of €5.90 within Germany, €17.90 within the EU, and €39.90 for all other countries.

If you make use of your legal right of withdrawal, you will bear the regular cost of return shipping if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed €40 or if, in the case of a higher price, you have not yet paid the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal. Otherwise, the return is free of charge.

5. Delivery Conditions

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, we ship the goods within 2 working days after receipt of payment. If delivery is on account or by direct debit, we ship the goods within 2 working days after confirmation of the order, unless otherwise stated.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer, via PayPal, or via Western Union. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods. If you select advance payment, our bank details will be provided in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 10 days. You may only exercise a right of retention if your claims arise from the same contractual relationship.

7. Warranty

Warranty is provided in accordance with statutory provisions. If the purchased item is used and the buyer is not a consumer, warranty is excluded. If the customer is a consumer, the warranty period for used items is one year.

8. Data Protection
